At ONAQ360, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders — no minimum required.
SHIPPING TIMES
Most US orders arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.
Most international orders arrive within 7–25 business days once shipped.
All orders will be dispatched within 1–5 business days. During peak periods please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch.
All shipping times exclude customs/clearance delays. In rare cases, customs processing may extend delivery up to 40 days.
INSURED SHIPPING
Every ONAQ360 order is covered against loss, damage, or theft during transit. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, simply contact us at hello@onaq360.com and we will send a replacement as soon as possible.
ORDER CHANGES AND ACCURATE SHIPPING DETAILS
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate details may result in delayed processing or order cancellation.
If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at hello@onaq360.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications after this window.
DELAYED DELIVERY
We understand that receiving your order on time is important, and we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including unexpected courier delays, severe weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or customs processing.
We will notify you as soon as possible if any such issue affects your order. ONAQ360 is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country’s authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer. ONAQ360 is not responsible for these additional charges.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Every order placed with ONAQ360 is covered against loss, damage, and theft during transit. If you experience any issue with your delivery, please contact us immediately at hello@onaq360.com.
We will follow up with the courier on your behalf and arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you once the issue is confirmed.
