Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate details may result in delayed processing or order cancellation.

If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at hello@onaq360.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications after this window.


Delayed Delivery

We understand that receiving your order on time is important, and we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control.

These may include unexpected courier delays, severe weather conditions, transportation disruptions, customs processing, or payment and address verification issues. We will notify you as soon as possible if any such issue affects your order.

ONAQ360 is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. We will always keep you updated and do our best to resolve any issues quickly.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed to our courier partner, it is outside of our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@onaq360.com and we will do our best to assist you.

We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf and provide updates. In cases where a package cannot be located, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.

ONAQ360 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been dispatched. These cases fall outside of our standard refund policy.
